phoenix suite tool sees only the sd card. Never sees the emmc memory. How can I really put the android 15.1 to emmc from a windows 7 computer. The computer does not see the emmc memory at all. Sometimes I can get it to see the sd card. I installed the adb driver, connected the usb after upgrade and followed this guide to the point that it became a fairy tale...

I test the uart port on BPI-M2+, and I think it will work well on BPI-M3.

I have bought a GPS module, and I will test it.

I think you need a better power supply cable with DC4017 header

You have to modify the sys_config.fex for your board, and comment the lines defining the GPIO on the same pins as the ones used by the serial 2 or 3, and set the "used" flag to true for the corresponding USART :).

It should work !
Both systems use the same method and share a common sys_config.fex / BSP (partially ?), so it should work. I posted a topic some time ago about this issue : http://forum.banana-pi.org/t/android-sys-config-customization-and-peripherals/1324/5 . You need to edit the fex file, process it to get a bin, then replace whatever file needs to be replaced.

On linux, we rebuild the kernel to fit to our needs anyway, so I can't tell exactly how to do it without recompiling everything. It worked on android though, so I guess it's possible !

So, can anyone tell me where I can find the sources for this build?
I wanna play around with them to tweak to my own taste.

Hello. Why wifi drivers is not working?
All drivers on ap6210 are present in system, but they are not working.
When I do: "sudo modprobe ap6210" - system say: ERROR: could not insert 'ap6210'. Operation not premitted.

I have no idea of what is going on.

Hi projectbananapi and Give-away-winners. It is 7/29/2016, I have sent 6 emails to this coordinator with shipping info. I have not received any responses or I have not received my BPI-M3 Sample. Has anyone of the lucky chosen actually received them yet? It's been since 5/14/16 so 2.5 months and counting

Hello, sorry to revive an old thread, but I have this same problem: I own a BPI-M3 and I have flashed the emmc with a working debian image. When no SD card is inserted everything works fine, system boots and works ok.

I have an empty SD card that I can mount manually after boot. However, if I try to boot with the SD card inserted, BPI just hangs and does not boot at all.

Ho can I boot from emmc with an empy SD card inserted? I really cannot manually plug the SD every time I reboot!
